Each bumper is constructed of heavy 3/16" thick 4x2 boxed steel tubing. 11gauge plates are used to seal the ends up. The 1/2" thick extraction points are welded through the boxed steel, and plug welded on the backside for maximum strength. Light mounting tabs are standard (2), made from 1/8"x 1" steel, and formed on a CNC brake. The end result is a bumper that isn't overly heavy, but stronger than brands costing much more.

Flexibility
Want a shorter bumper? no problem. Simply let us know upon ordering if you would like anything less than the normal 50" size.
Do you have 4 off-road lights? No problem. Additional Light tabs can be attached for your needs at NO EXTRA COST.
Bumpers come primered and painted black- if you want a unpainted bumper, just let me know upon ordering.
